We've all been there. We've all been pushed to our limits and reacted badly. Maybe it was a last-minute deadline your boss threw down on your third day working late at the office. Maybe it was your computer crashing, or simply a snarky comment somebody made online. Whatever it was, you snapped. Or you froze up. Or you bolted out of there in fear and frustration.
We live in a fast-paced, high-pressure world. One of road rage, deadlines, pop-up ads, and bombastic TV pundits. It doesn't take much to trigger us. And once that short fuse is lit, POW! Watch out.
That's why it's more important than ever to learn practical skills for stress resilience.
Find out how to defuse the stress bomb with a Work Balance Yoga workshop. We'll breakdown the inner workings of stress and practice simple yoga and meditation techniques that you can use to defuse anger, anxiety, frustration and fear whenever and wherever they crop up.
Learn stress resilience, and be a part of building a more peaceful, productive workplace.

Robin V. Chen, Founder/Instructor
I'm Robin V. Chen, Work Balance Yoga founder and instructor. I help people build the skills to handle stress and conflict with yoga and meditation techniques.
Since 2010 I've helped hundreds of professionals learn stress resilience. Class participants say they leave feeling focused, light, connected, and ready to take on the challenges ahead. One HR professional even said, "I'd rank it up there with other benefits like medical and dental... It has become that important to me." (Read more testimonials.) I started my lifelong meditation practice and age seven, and discovered its value as an on-the-job stress management tool while working in the high stress fields of disaster response and on-call hospital advocacy for sexual assault survivors. Now I work with a wide range of students dealing with stress -- from business leaders to trauma survivors. My philosophy: In every stressful moment there is an opportunity to practice peace and kindness (to others as well as to yourself). By learning simple tools for stress resilience we can build a more peaceful, productive world. If you want a more peaceful, productive workplace, let's talk. |
